Caprese Salad
Vine-ripened tomatoes paired with creamy mozzarella and fragrant fresh basil, delicately dressed in extra virgin olive oil and aged balsamic, served alongside warm, crusty ciabatta
Main Course
Slow-Cooked Pork Ragù with Pappardelle
Pork, slow-braised in a rich, savoury sauce, served with pappardelle, finished with shaved Parmesan, peppery rocket and crisp fennel salad.
Vegetarian Option
Mushroom Ragù with Pappardelle
An earthy medley of wild mushrooms simmered into a deeply flavourful ragù, served with pappardelle, peppery rocket and crisp fennel salad.
To Finish
Tiramisù. A classic. Created with locally roasted Figment Daydream decaf coffee, layered with delicate sponge and sweet mascarpone cream.
