Figment Coffee Tasting
Coffee tasting (or “cupping”) is all about training your senses to really experience coffee. You'll learn from Neil how to smell, slurp, and identify flavour notes like chocolate, fruit, or nuts, while exploring how origin, roast, and processing affect taste. It’s a fun way to discover what you like and appreciate coffee on a whole new level. There will also be an opportunity to buy coffee beans and pastries ahead of the Farmers Market crowds!
The event includes a welcome coffee & pastry, tasting 3 Figment coffees, presentation and Q&A
