An assortment of artisanal cheeses, finely cured meats, and vibrant pickled vegetables, accompanied by marinated artichokes and olives. Served with crusty rustic bread and a drizzle of olive oil.
Main Course
Chicken & Chorizo Paella
A rich and aromatic saffron-infused rice dish with tender chicken thigh and smoky chorizo.
Vegetarian Option:
Vegetable Paella
A colourful medley of seasonal vegetables folded through fragrant saffron rice.
Both served with fresh lemon wedges and simple, lightly dressed green salad

Basque cheesecake with homemade lemon curd
