Set amidst some of Aberdeenshire’s most stunning coastal scenery, brae offers a cosy sanctuary within the heart of the community to share stories of life and local adventures.

Serving speciality coffee by local roaster Figment Coffee, freshly made breakfasts and lunches, and baked goods all made in house, brae is more than just a café.

The Hatch at Brae is open on Sundays through August to celebrate the Chapelton Scarecrow Festival!

Grab a takeaway coffee and treat from our hatch to enjoy as you visit all the scarecrows around the village. Umbrellas are available to use as you queue if it’s raining.
